英语教研组工作计划

一、指导思想 在《英语课程标准》的指导下，结合英语作为语言课程的特殊性，进一步开展自主的探索研究，旨在提高学生的英语素养。以更新观念为前提，以育人为归宿，以提高教师素质为核心，以提高课堂教学效率为重点。灵活运用新的课程体系和多元、开放的课程评价标准，重视基础，适应个性需求，关注学生情感，提高学生自主学习能力，为学生构建发展的平台。同时要转变教研理念，改进教研方法，优化教研模式，积极探索在新课程改革背景下的教研工作新体系，努力将新观念、新思路渗透到英语课堂教学之中，真正做到理论与实践相结合。团结奋斗，努力将门古外语组打造成一支师德高尚、素质精良、结构合理、充满活力、反思型、科研型的教师队伍。

二、教研重点

（一）教研组

（1）配合学校及教务处、教研室组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上好观摩课、示范课，通过听课、评课、研讨等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

（2）本学期继续加大力度落实集体教研力度，通过分年级集体备课，研讨七八年级英语导学案并根据使用情况做必要的修改和补充，进而形成定稿。通过这些教研活动，让教师们更好地掌握课程重点，了解教学难点，形成较完整的、有实用价值的“四案合一”。同一个备课组同一层次的班级要求统一进度、统一作业、统一练习。

（二）各年级

第二，初二作为承上启下的一级，在过渡阶段更要教好学牢。初二内容比初一时难度提高较大，在教学中要防止学生因此产生的怕学、厌学心理，树立起学生的自信心，加强阅读教学，适当补充阅读材料，注意让学生在阅读中慢慢体会到乐趣，用好四案合一，结合个人教学及班级实际，在使用的过程中进行选择性使用，并对相应内容进行修订。各教师要在稳固现有成绩的基础上，强化培优补差，力求进一步提升质量。

第三，即将面临中考的初三是学校和老师最为关注的焦点。本学期应尽量结束新授课内容，所以任务较重。这就要求在教学过程中，严格要求学生，认真扎实地掌握基础知识。在总结反思的基础上，挖掘潜力，查缺补漏，着力加强学法指导和能力培养，把握各种课型和中考命题方向和命题的基本原则、方法、思路的探讨研究，为实现2016年中考的新突破打好基础。

另外，在英语教学中，我们还应该随时关注学生，对层次不一的学生要分角度看待，对每一位学生负责。尤其是在我校学生基础薄弱的时刻，抓住每个学生，促使每个学生进步，就成了教学的重中之重。

三、教研措施

1．加强教育理论学习。本学期教研组各位老师要加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推2015.2016年中考满分范文英语，跟自己学习生活有关。

进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新课程标准和新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。通过网上下载、分散学习和教研组会讨论交流等方式来学习《基础教育课程改革纲要》、《英语课程标准》、《英语课程标准解读》和《课程改革与课程评价》等有关课程改革的材料，明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的四个基本任务，特别是要认真学习和理解课程标准中的六个基本理念，并用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。改进评价理念和评价模式，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。
